Here is the cover for the paperback edition of Laini Taylor's Daughter of Smoke & Bone. I loved loved loved this book and I can't wait to get my hands on the next book! You can read my 5* review of Daughter of Smoke and Bone here.
When I opened the email with this cover reveal I just though wow! There is something so striking about this cover, for me it feels so other-worldly almost instantly the story started to play out again in my head. The doorway fits perfectly with the setting of the book and I love the image of the book on the floor with the torn out pages.
I feel like this cover has a more adult feel about it than the hardback did and I'm looking forward to getting in at the bookshop, it will definitely be a 'faceout' in section!

I really like it. If memory serves me right it fits in very well to the book and I think its quite unique for the YA market. I really want a copy of this (the one I read was through UK Book Tours) so I'm glad the cover is a good one otherwise I would have had to shell out for the HB! lol
