I was sent 3 black envelops last week all on different days. The first contained white feathers, the second a black mustache and the third a gold beaded necklace. After the third package another black envelop arrived containing a copy of Daughter of Smoke and Bone.  
Has to be the best marketing have have come across so far while I have been at the bookshop!!
