Blogger Interview:~ Michelle @ Muched Loved Books

Add caption

Our last blogger interview comes from Michelle @ Muched Loved Books. We met Michelle via twitter like so many other bloggers and we think she is fantastic!! Bungle has had the pleasure of meeting Michelle a few times and looks forward to their next meet up!!! Michelle has an awesome blog that we think you should pay a visti to.

What is your favourite book?
Do I have to just pick one? Can it be a series?

If I have to pick just one book I choose Lord Of The Rings, I read this when I was younger, the big giant version with all 3 books in one volume and I loved it.

My favourite series is The Belgariad & The Malloreon by David Eddings.

My Nan introduced me to both of these choices and it's what made me fall in love with reading (and why I also completed my school reading books before I finished Infant School and got to choose from the teachers bookcase)

Who is your favourite author?
There are a lot of authors I really like, Kelley Armstrong, Ilona Andrews, Rachel Vincent, Rachel Caine, Jeyn Roberts, Jana Oliver but again I have to go with David Eddings. The world he has built and characters that live in it are so amazing, and it is always easy to fall into his books and not come up for air until the very last page.

Why do you like reading?
To escape into other worlds, to read about different beings, shifters, vampires, merpeople.  I love opening a new book and learning about the characters and what makes them tick. I love exploring a new world and learning about it. I also love to read just for the fun of it.

If you wrote a YA novel what would it be about?
Ermm......No idea, possibly a dystopian world and would somehow involve either shifters, witches or magicians...I'll get back to you if I ever do write a novel ;)

If a book was written about your life what would it be called?
Life According To Me

You may not believe it but...............
I am absolutely 1000000% scared of needles.  I have been having a flu jab every year for as long as I can remember and I have to take my Mum or Dad with me (I am 31) I wont go alone.  When I get my ears pierced I close my eyes as the gun scares me, yet I have 6 tattoos and might consider getting more if/when I have children.

At the moment I have 3 that were my first ones, just random ones that don't mean anything.

My newest 3 have been done in the past 13 months and all mean something.  I have one each for my Nan's who passed away.

This one is obviously for my Dad.  I got it last year and I think this pic was quite close to when I actually had it done.

Thank you sooo much Michelle for answering our questions!! You can visit Michelle at her blog here and follow her on twitter. Michelle, we can't believe you have so many tattoos and yet you hate needles!! Very brave!!

Blogger Interview:~ Erin @ Tales of the Inner Book Fanatic

Today we have Erin from Tales of the Inner Book Fanatic who we met via twitter. We think Erin's blog is beautiful and you should check it out, we don't think you will disagree.

What is your favourite book?
My favourite book would have to be Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead.

Who is your favourite author?
That's a hard one. I have three favourite authors . . . Richelle Mead, Jeaniene Frost and Jeaniene Frost.

Why do you like reading?
I like reading because you can escape from your own reality. Who doesn't want to?

If you wrote a YA novel what would it be about?I have so many ideas running through my head right now, but I would love to write a novel about ancient Japan with some fantasy elements blended into it since I'm obsessed with anything Japanese and not to mention that particular period.

If a book was written about your life what would it be called?
"This book is just too perfect to have a clever witty title". Honestly I have no idea what my life would be called if it were a book. There are too many words to describe my life.

You may not believe it but...............
I'm a lover of Asian culture and I listen to Kpop (Korean pop music) everyday! :)

Thank you so much Erin for taking the time to answer our questions! You can visit Erin over at her blog here and follow her on twitter. And we would love to read your YA novel about Japan, we have faith that you'll do it!!

Blogger Interview:~ Mandy @ I Read Indie

Today we have Mandy from I Read Indie (formally know as twimom101 book blog). We met Mandy via twitter and love reading her twitter feed.

What is your favourite book?
hmm, right now it's a toss up between Tracey Garvis-Graves On the Island and Elizabeth Hunter's The Genius and the Muse. Both are adult reads...so if I had to choose a YA read it would be Collide by Shelly Crane...I love any and all her books.

Who is your favourite author?
Probably Shelly Crane. Her stuff is magic! And she is a great person too! I consider her one of my friends....even if it is via Internet.

Why do you like reading?
I don't know...I guess cause it takes me away from the everyday things going on in my life. Not that my life is horrible or anything...but I do have the stress that comes with being an adult and raising kids. So yeah, I am playing the 'It takes me away to far off lands and I don't have to be an adult for the time being' card!

If you wrote a YA novel what would it be about?
ooh yikes! so not going there. I am most definitely a reader and if I wrote a story it wouldn't be cool what so ever. yeah lets not go there, ok?

If a book was written about your life what would it be called? The lady who sat on her computer all day and read all night. Yeppers, I am one boring person.

You may not believe it but...............
so far some of my quotes have landed me on the back of 3 Indie Author's paperbacks. To me it's awesome...to others probably not so much.

Thank you Mandy for answering our questions. Don't forget to visit Mandy at her blog here and you can follow her on twitter.
