Stacking The Shelves #65

Stacking the Shelves

Stacking The Shelves is hosted by Tyngs's Reviews and is all about sharing the books you are adding to your  shelves, may they be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical stores or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

We love sharing our books with you each week but more importantly we loving see what you add to your shelves. All links added here will take you to goodreads.

Bungle's Shelves

This week I was really good and I didn't buy any books BUT I still got 6 fabulous books in the post from publishers and an awesome fellow blogger/friend! Michelle from Much Loved Books sent me some brilliant books this week which were Storm Glass, Sea Glass & Spy Glass by Maria V. Snyder and also Knife Edge By Malorie Blackman. THANK YOU Michelle, you are more than a little bit awesome! Also this week I was sent a proof of World After by Susan Ee which is sooooooooo beautiful looking just as Angelfall was, thank you Hodder!! Honestly, I can't stop looking at it! And last but not least I was sent a proof Dandelion Clocks by Rebecca Westcott from Puffin, thank you! (sorry couldn't get a link for this one) Both Cathy Cassidy and Jacqueline Wilson loved this one, enough said I think! Now over to Sal....

Sally's Shelves

This week I bought The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater, I also got copies of Hidden by Sophie Jordan which is the last instalment in the Firelight trilogy, and The Bitter Kingdom, the last of the Fire and Thorns series by Rae Carson. I have a soft spot for this series as Girl of Fire and Thorns as it was then called, was the first book that I reviewed on this blog.  And I do love me some Hector too! Can't wait to see how this one finishes!  Over to you Gen....

Gen's Shelves

This week I, like Bungle, got a copy of Sea Glass by Maria V. Snyder, I already have it as an ebook but wanted a physical copy of the book! I also got a copy of Crown of Midnight by Sarah J Mass and a copy of The Silmarillion. I've read The Hobbit & Lord of the Rings and really liked them so thought I would give this one a try.

So that was our week in books, not bad eh? We are now off to settle down with a cuppa and to be nosey at what the rest of you got this week! Happy reading everyone :)

Lovely haul of books. I hope you love all your new books. Dream Theives is going to be good. I've kind of fallen behind in my reading. Come check out my stack this week.

My reviewers loved The Dream Thieves. I'm not a YA reader (with the exception of Sherrilyn Keynon) but all their gushing has me thinking about picking it up.

Oh, I need to read a Maria V. Snyder's book one day:) I really should. They're everywhere. I can't wait to read The Dream Thieves. It's supposed to arrive sometime next week and I know I'll dig in as soon as I open the package:) I've yet to read Hidden, too. Can't wait! Oh and Crown of Midnight? Yay! I need to read Throne of Glass asap, too. I hope you enjoy all of your books and have a great weekend!

Excellent haul for you all ladies. The Dream Thieves sounds great, I'll have to pick up a copy of this soon. I have Hidden, and books 2 and I think 3 by Rae Carson which I have to read soon.

I love J.R.R Tolkein, I had this book and I vaguely remember I liked it, but it's now in the hands of my brother.

Thanks for stopping by my blog.

I just got Angelfall a couple weeks ago and honestly can't wait to start it. I just may need to bump it up to the top of my review pile. :D Enjoy your new goodies!
