So this week I haven't been able to get out as I'm still not fully fit :( so my books come in the form of free ebooks this week. They were, UnEnchanted by Chanda Hahn, Prince of Wolves by Quinn Loftis, Kindred by Erica Stevens and Turned by Morgan Rice. Love the look of all of them and I can't wait to get reading!

I've taken a step away from the real world this week and I'm looking after my sister's four, yup, that's right, four children!  What can I say?  I now realise how easy a life I have!  Anyhoo, in the midst of all this I have bought two books,  however, they are being added to my sister's shelves.  I bought two copies of Wreck This Journal by Keri Smith for my eleven year old twin nephews having heard Bungle say so many fab things about it! They are really getting stuck into it and so far this week we've jumped on them, shredded pages into ribbons and covered them in lemon curd and hot dogs!  It's gotten them away from the PS3 and getting mucky! Absolutely brilliant!

UnEnchanted (An Unfortunate Fairy Tale, #1) Prince of Wolves (The Grey Wolves, #1) Kindred (The Kindred, #1) Turned (The Vampire Journals, #1) Wreck This Journal

So that is our week in books. Happy reading!

So this week I received some amazing books from Hodder which I was not expecting at all and it made my week to be honest!! The first book this week was Anarchy by James Treadwell, I have book one but not yet read it, hearing loots of good things so when I can read properly I'll be get to them. The second book this week was Angelfall by Susan Ee which I know a few of you also got. It's soooo beautiful, as you can see I even love the envelop it came in!!!! I really really can't wait to read again! I also download an ebook which is Magyk by Angie Sage, I see a lot of people buying this series at the shop and I have seen you all talk about it via twitter so I wanted to see what all the fuss is about. I got this as a free download from ibooks/tunes as it was chosen as book of the week.

So this week I got a new bookshelf to display my wares on.  Unfortunately, having moved the books that I already own around it's now full so I'm already on the hunt for another one! I did find space to fit in three new books though.  This week I got my hands on Immortal City  and Natural Born Angel by Scott Speer which came in a fab little two book pack.  I also bought Walking Disaster by Jamie McGuire.  I loved Travis Maddox in Beautiful Disaster so I'm really looking forward to reading things from his perspective.

So that's it from us this week, we hope you had a good book week. We're off to have a nosey. Happy reading.

A bit of a bumper week this week with 13 new books here at Midnight Reads so we'll get right to it!

Still trying to kick the illness & no answers as for yet :( A brill week for me with books though!! My boyfriend bought me Falling Kingdoms by Morgan Rhodes and Deadly Hemlock by Kathleen Peacock as Easter presents as well as some cute little eggs :) I bought myself Immortal City & Natural Born Angel by Scott Speer as a 2 pack for just £3.50, what a bargain right!?! As for review books this week I received Lost Worlds by Andrew Lane from Macmillan which looks fab and you can even bring the cover to life! I was also sent Noble Conflict by Malorie Blackman from Random House, loving this proof cover! And Sally and I were both sent copies of The Beautiful and the Cursed by Page Morgan and Paper Aeroplanes by Dawn O'Porter from Hot Key Books. I love HKB and the staff there and so lovely and you can tell just how passionate they are about their jobs and the books they represent! And I paid just 99p for Amy Plum's Die For Her novella, I love me some Jules. Get this ebook novella NOW!!

I've got three new reads and they're all from the same series! This week I got Obsidian, Onyx and Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout. I love dystopian series but I haven't read much by way of aliens amongst us in the here and now. What can I say? I love Daemon! I've already read two of the three and I'm on the third one now. There's a fourth coming out in September too I believe called Origin which makes me so happy! I'll also be taking Daemon as one of my plus ones to my sister's wedding. Just need to remember to put the book down during the service. I think I should get away with it... I'll also have Jem with me as I'll be wearing my book necklace that my friend Sarah gave me. So, attending a wedding surrounded by book boyfs! Bring it on I say!

That's it from us this week, a brill week we think! Happy reading everyone
